Help for buying The Wait, waiting for M-Pesa confirmation, opening your protected reader, and resuming your book.
Purchase Help
Choose Digital, Hard Copy, or Bundle on the book page, enter your M-Pesa phone number, then approve the STK prompt on your phone.
M-Pesa Payment Pending
If the prompt is delayed, keep the Order ID visible and wait a few moments. You can resend the prompt from the book page without changing the underlying payment flow.
Callback Delay
If payment was completed but access is still pending, contact support with your Order ID and payment time so the team can check existing payment logs.
Access Purchased Book
After confirmation, Bwenieve Read opens the protected reader. If you need to open it manually, use the Reader App with your Order ID and M-Pesa phone number.
Resume Reading
The reader stores safe local progress on your device. Return to /read/app/ or use the Continue Reading card on /read/ when your session is still available.
Reader Not Opening
Confirm your network is stable, open /read/app/, and enter your Order ID plus M-Pesa phone number after payment confirmation.
Mobile Rendering Issue
Try portrait mode, refresh once, and share your device model and browser with support if text or controls appear incorrectly.
Troubleshooting
Confirm your phone number is correct, your Safaricom line is active, and payment was approved. If access remains pending after payment, contact support with your Order ID.
