Volunteer Terms & Conditions

1. Volunteering

By applying you offer to volunteer at this event organised by Praise Atmosphere. Volunteering is unpaid. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place; Praise Atmosphere reviews every application and may approve, waitlist or decline it.

2. Your commitments

If approved, you agree to attend the briefing and sessions you selected where possible, to arrive on time for the event day, to follow the instructions of the volunteer coordinators and safety staff, and to treat guests, artists and fellow volunteers with respect.

3. Conduct and safety

Praise Atmosphere may withdraw a volunteer place at any time for conduct that puts people at risk or disrupts the event. Follow all health, safety and security instructions on site and report any incident to a coordinator straight away.

4. Accuracy of information

The information you give, including your emergency contact, must be accurate. You confirm that your emergency contact has agreed to be contacted on your behalf.

5. Age requirement

You confirm that you meet the minimum age for volunteering at this event. Applicants under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Photography and media

The event may be photographed and filmed. Volunteers may appear in event coverage. Tell a coordinator on the day if you would prefer not to be photographed.

7. Withdrawing

You can withdraw your application at any time by replying to any message from Praise Atmosphere or by contacting info@bwenieve.com.

8. Liability

Volunteers take part at their own risk to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
