1. Who you are buying from
The event is organised by the event organizer, who is responsible for it. Bwenieve Production Limited runs Bwenieve Tickets and collects your payment as the event organizer's agent.
2. Your tickets
Each ticket admits one person, named on the ticket, once. Its QR code is checked at the entrance: keep it private, because a copied code admits only whoever arrives first. A child's ticket names the responsible adult.
3. Payment and holds
Your places are held for a short time while you pay by M-Pesa or card. Tickets are issued only when the payment is confirmed. The price shown is the full price: there is no extra booking fee.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow the event's refund policy shown with these terms. If the event is cancelled, the event organizer must refund you. An approved refund returns the price you paid to the M-Pesa number you paid with, and the refunded ticket stops admitting anyone.
5. Changes to the event
the event organizer may change the line-up, timings or arrangements. If the date or venue changes, you will be told by WhatsApp or email; if you cannot attend the new date, ask the event organizer for a refund.
6. Entry
the event organizer and the venue may refuse entry, or remove anyone, for safety, unlawful or disruptive behaviour, or a ticket that has already been used. Follow the instructions of event staff and security.
7. Your information
Your name, phone, email and the names on your tickets are shared with the event organizer to run the event, and kept by Bwenieve under its Privacy Notice and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Contact info@bwenieve.com about your data.
8. Liability
Bwenieve is not the organizer and is not responsible for how the event is run. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Kenyan law governs these terms.

Standard refund policy
Tickets are not refundable, except when the event is cancelled, or postponed and you cannot attend the new date. In those cases the price you paid is returned to the M-Pesa number you paid with. Organizers may set their own policy; the one shown at checkout applies.
