1. Platform intellectual property
The Bwenieve name, logos, product marks, and brand assets are intellectual property of Bwenieve. Do not use them without permission.
2. User content
You retain the rights you own in content you submit to a Bwenieve product. You are responsible for having the rights to submit it.
3. Reporting infringement
Rights holders may report alleged infringement through the relevant product support/contact route, including the title/URL, proof of ownership or authority, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
4. Review and removal
Bwenieve may review, restrict, remove, or decline content when ownership, authorization, or policy compliance cannot be confirmed. Where a product supports takedowns, action requires owner approval.
