Bwenieve Refund Policy

1. How to request a refund

Contact the relevant product support route and provide the payment reference, amount, and reason for your request.

2. Review

Each request is reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and are subject to provider and bank timing. We do not promise automatic or immediate refunds.

4. Already-settled payments

Where a payment has already settled, a refund may not be possible through the provider; we will explain your options.

Bwenieve Link Refund Addendum

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for monthly plans and within 14 days for annual plans, provided the service has not been substantially used.

2. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. M-Pesa refunds are sent to the originating number. Card refunds go to the original card.
