Bwenieve Platform Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using a Bwenieve product, you agree to these terms and the product-specific addendum for that product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Use accurate details and keep your credentials secure.

3. Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Bwenieve a limited license to display your content as directed by the product you use.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Bwenieve Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Availability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Bwenieve is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using a service at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated.

Bwenieve Link Terms Addendum

1. Smart links

You are responsible for the destinations your smart links point to. Destinations must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. User-generated destinations

You control the content and destinations on your link pages. Bwenieve Link is not responsible for user-generated content.

3. API and developer use

Developer and API use is governed by the API key terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Provider trademarks

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, and other provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Bwenieve Link is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.
